2025 Integrated Report

Our financial and extra-financial indicators

Supported by dynamic growth in our three operating divisions, our 2025 revenues rose by 4.9% compared with 2024 to €51.2 billion. As forecast, our net income Group share exceeded €12.2 billion, up 4.6% on 2024. At 36 basis points in 2025, the cost of risk remained under control, thanks to the quality and diversification of our portfolio. In light of this performance and a structurally favourable medium-term interest rate environment, BNP Paribas confirms its trajectory for 2026 and is preparing its 2027-2030 strategic plan, with the aim of building an even more efficient and value-creating Group.

Finally, we confirm our distribution policy, with a payout ratio of 60%. From 2027, the distribution policy will be at least 60% and will be specified later.
