Our eco-design approach
We have applied the principles of eco-design to our 2024 Integrated Report, in both its print and digital versions. Throughout the development of this document, from conception to production, we have been guided by the important objective of reducing its environmental footprint. This proactive approach has led to a demand for concrete results. For example, to reduce the inking rate, we favoured wireframe typography and soft colours, while limiting the use of photographs. To reduce our paper consumption, we adjusted printing volumes as closely as possible to our needs, amplifying the trajectory initiated in 2019, and achieving a 70% reduction in printing. We also selected our raw materials to meet the highest environmental standards and worked with local service providers to reduce transport-related CO2 emissions. The digital version, meanwhile, combines accessibility(1) and digital sobriety, with comfort and browsing options, as well as a dark-mode version.
